If you have questions related to whether you need an evaluation or therapy, or wish to discuss your concerns prior to scheduling an evaluation, we are happy to schedule a phone consultation. If you have been evaluated at another facility, a second evaluation may not be necessary. Please submit recent testing information so we can determine if additional testing is needed or if you are ready to begin treatment right away.
What To Bring
- Insurance Card.
- Paperwork required by your specific insurance (referral, prescription, authorization, letter of medical necessity, etc.). We encourage you to call your insurance company prior to the evaluation to understand your speech benefits.

- Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, and Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept American Express and apologize for any inconvenience.
The length of evaluations will vary depending on age, disorder, and concerns.
Once the evaluation is complete, a therapist will discuss his or her initial impressions with you. Later, they will follow-up with you regarding exact test scores, diagnoses, recommendations, and scheduling therapy if needed. Depending on scheduling preferences, and our personalized process of matching you with the ideal therapist, the therapist who performed the evaluation may or may not be the one to continue with therapy. A copy of your written evaluation will be sent to you, your physician, and to your insurance provider.
